CPT Clinical Placement Service

CCHAP’s CPT Clinical Placement Service bridges the gap between certification and clinical practice. Designed exclusively for CPTG-certified phlebotomy technicians, this program places participants within approved Ontario health facilities where they work alongside experienced mentors to apply and refine their clinical skills in real patient-care settings. Spots are limited — each cohort is intentionally kept small to ensure a high-quality mentorship experience and meaningful access to clinical procedures. Prerequisite: Applicants must hold a valid CPT credential issued by the Canadian Phlebotomy Technician Group Inc. (CPTG) prior to enrolment. This placement does not substitute for the CPT program or examination.
