The Canadian College of Healthcare and Pharmaceutics is pleased to offer the Basics of Medical Terminology hands- on workshop. The program will introduce you to medical terms and terminology needed for an understanding concepts related to medical conditions and diagnostic procedures. The workshop includes theory and hands- on sessions. The program is designed to introduce the concepts, knowledge and skills needed as a successful Health Office Professional. This Micro-Credential program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
The program can be very useful for international medical graduates and undergraduate students in health sciences looking for experience in medical offices.

The program at the Canadian College of Healthcare and Pharmaceutics is eligible for tax credits under the Canada Skills Credit program. The College also works with financial institutions including Windmill Mircrolending to arrange support for student loans.
