Canadian College of Healthcare and Pharmaceutics (CCHAP) have partnered with the Canadian Phlebotomy Technician
Group Inc. (CPTG) and designed the shortest 8-day program in Canada. This allows us to fill the gaps for the candidates
who want to challenge the Canadian Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) exam.

Ontario Secondary School Diploma (70% score or higher in English, Maths and Biology)

Undergraduate students in health and life sciences (University students are also accepted)

Post-secondary certificate or Diploma in Health Sciences (e.g., PSW Certificate)

Internationally Educated Health Professionals

No. Students who are already in Canada under student visas or work permits (in
certain cases) are allowed to enroll in the course.

Yes, as long as you can attend the 2 (separate) mandatory in-person classes. This is a hybrid program. The rest of the classes will be in person.

Payment of program fees or a non-refundable deposit of $500 is mandatory to book your spot.

Students have options to settle their program fees before or after the the workshop dates (with and without extra fees). Please contact us for more information.

You have to sign the Non-Vocational Enrollment contract with us.

Instructor-led Zoom sessions on six weekday – from 4:30pm to 8:30pm (27 hours)

In person – two days (12 hours) from 10am to 4pm

Yes. Complete attendance and class participation are expected from students.

In case of emergencies or missed classes, students must notify instructors at least 48 hours in advance.

Yes, Certificate of Completion from CCHAP will be awarded for successful students.

Should the student decide to proceed in taking the CPT Examination, they will receive 3 certificates: from CCHAP (1), from CPTG (2), and the CPT credential (3)

No. Access to all learning materials will be provided on the first day of the class through the Teachable Account learning platform.

Students will receive individual accounts. Thus, they are required to have access in a working technological device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, etc.).

Program Instructions are sent 5-days before the first day of class. We suggest checking your inbox or junk mail regularly.

A score of at least 70% on quizzes and assignments are expected from students. The assessments are all based on the content provided in each class.

Other grading inquiries can be directed to the instructors.

CCHAP can only provide resources and unlimited access to in-campus practicums.

If you paid for the total package of the Phlebotomy Micro-Credential Program, we will do the booking on your behalf.

If not, please contact CPTG regarding the process.

Examination schedules are organized by CPTG and thus, the college couldn’t make any adjustments on the posted dates.

According to CPTG, examinees will complete two sections: (1)Theory and (2) Practicum Component

The CPT designation is recognized across all Provinces in Canada except Quebec
